OXVA XLIM UNITECH 3.0 Pods are 2ml refillable replacement cartridges made for compatible OXVA XLIM pod kits. Each cartridge combines a built-in mesh coil with convenient top filling, so there is no separate replacement coil to install or change.
Available in 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω, and 1.2Ω, the range covers everything from an airier RDL draw to a tighter MTL vape. Each box contains three refillable pods, making them a straightforward replacement when flavour starts to fade, or the existing cartridge reaches the end of its usable life.

UNITECH 3.0 Mesh Coil Performance
Each OXVA replacement pod has its mesh coil built directly into the cartridge. This removes the fiddly part of changing separate coils: once performance drops, simply replace the complete pod.
The mesh structure is intended to spread heat evenly across the wick, helping produce consistent vapour and a clean flavour from your e-liquid. OXVA's current cartridge technology also uses a multi-layer cotton and sealing structure intended to improve liquid absorption and reduce leakage.
Which XLIM Pod Resistance Should I Choose?
Choosing the right resistance mainly comes down to whether you prefer an airy RDL inhale or a tighter, lower-powered MTL draw.

The 0.4Ω pod is the pick for warmer vapour and a looser restricted-direct-lung draw. Move towards 0.8Ω or 1.2Ω if you prefer a calmer, tighter MTL inhale at lower power.
Nic Salts or 50/50 E-Liquid?
These refillable vape pods can work with both nicotine salts and suitable freebase liquids, but resistance matters.
OXVA recommends pod-friendly freebase liquid with the 0.4Ω and 0.6Ω cartridges, while its 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω options are particularly well suited to nic salts. For everyday MTL vaping, 50/50 e-liquid is also a sensible choice because it wicks easily through this type of compact pod.
Rather than choosing nicotine strength solely from the number of cigarettes previously smoked, select a strength appropriate to your needs and the power level of the cartridge you are using.
Easy Top-Fill Design
You don't have to pull the cartridge out every time the e-liquid runs low. The filling port is positioned near the top of the pod, allowing it to be topped up while it remains fitted to a compatible device.
This is particularly handy for daily use and also means less handling around the contacts underneath the cartridge.
How To Refill
- Open the silicone filling port near the top of the cartridge.
- Insert your e-liquid bottle nozzle into the fill opening.
- Fill the 2ml chamber without overfilling it.
- Close the silicone seal securely.
- If the cartridge is new, give the wick time to absorb the liquid before vaping.
- Start at an appropriate power level for your selected resistance.
OXVA XLIM Pod Compatibility
These cartridges are designed around the wider OXVA XLIM pod system, but they do not fit the XLIM C, which uses a different replaceable-coil arrangement.
Compatibility can also vary with certain resistance/device combinations, particularly the 0.4Ω cartridge on older models. If you're buying the lowest-resistance option for an older XLIM device, check your device's supported cartridge range first. OXVA's current compatibility information specifically places restrictions on 0.4Ω support across some earlier devices.
