How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Is it possible to change my delivery address?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, please contact our customer service team immediately and we'll do our best to update your delivery address. Once dispatched, you may need to contact the courier directly.
My item has not arrived, what should I do?
Please check your tracking information first. If your parcel shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours. We'll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
Why has my order been returned?
Orders are usually returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refused deliveries. Once we receive the returned item, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery or issue a refund.
Returns & Refunds
My item is faulty, what should I do?
Contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the fault if possible. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund. Faulty items are covered under our warranty policy.
Do I need to pay for my return?
Returns due to faults or our errors are free. For change of mind returns, you'll need to cover the return postage costs unless the item qualifies for free returns as stated on the product page.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and process your return, refunds are typically issued within 3-5 working days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
What is your returns policy and how do I return?
You have 30 days to return items in their original condition. Start a return through your account or contact customer service. We'll provide you with return instructions and a returns label if applicable.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
You can cancel your order before it's dispatched. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once dispatched, you'll need to return the items following our standard returns process.
I have received the wrong item(s), what should I do?
We apologise for the error. Contact us immediately and we'll arrange for the incorrect item to be collected and send you the right item at no extra cost. Please keep the wrong item until collection.
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
First, check your tracking information and allow for the estimated delivery time. If your order is significantly late, contact our customer service team and we'll investigate with the courier and provide a solution.
I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?
Check your order confirmation and packaging carefully. If an item is definitely missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send the missing item immediately at no extra charge.

How do I create an account?
Click 'Sign Up' or 'Create Account' on our website, enter your email address and create a secure password. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account before you can start shopping.
How do I reset or change my password?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your email address. We'll send you a password reset link. To change your existing password, log into your account and go to 'Account Settings'.
I want to unsubscribe from marketing emails, what do I do?
Click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any marketing email, or log into your account and update your email preferences in 'Account Settings'. You'll still receive important order updates.
Discount Codes & Promotions
I haven't received my welcome discount code, what should I do?
Check your spam or junk mail folder first. If you still can't find it, contact our customer service team with your email address and we'll resend your welcome discount code.
Can I apply more than one discount code?
Generally, only one discount code can be used per order. The system will automatically apply the discount that gives you the best saving. Some promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
Where do I enter a discount code?
Enter your discount code in the 'Promo Code' or 'Discount Code' field during checkout, before completing your payment. Make sure to click 'Apply' to activate the discount on your order total.
