50/50 chance that you get your product

I was eager to write a positive review for WizVape, but this experience has left me frustrated. I’ve never dealt with an international e-commerce company that seemed so unprepared to manage customs. When I pay in advance, I expect a seamless delivery process, not a gamble on whether my product will arrive.

The transaction should be straightforward: I pay, and you ensure delivery. Unfortunately, WizVape’s approach makes it feel like it’s out of their control, which isn’t reassuring.... (

However I still have some hope that this will be solved soon and I can write a good review in other online forums instead of posting the whole story which includes other details that make me really sceptical if WizVape is a serious company.....
