Policy
At WizVape, we strive to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and hassle-free. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we aim to make the process as clear and efficient as possible. Whether you're returning a faulty product or simply changed your mind, this policy outlines everything you need to know.
Change of Mind? No Problem!
If you've changed your mind about a product, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Please ensure:
- The item is in new, unused condition.
- It remains in its original packaging.
- You include your order number and the reason for return.
Please Note: We cannot accept returns of opened items such as coils, e-liquids, vape kits, disposable e-cigarettes, or refill pods due to hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

It is important to state that you are responsible for the costs of returning items, unless told otherwise. If an item is of a value above £50 it is recommended to use an insured service as WizVape cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Returning a Faulty Item
If you receive a product that you believe is faulty, or if you're experiencing issues with it, please contact our support team via our contact us page, WhatsApp, or phone. A team member will assist in troubleshooting the issue and, if necessary, provide you with returns instructions. We offer a 30-day warranty on Kits and Mods for manufacturing defects. Faulty items must be approved by WizVape.co.uk before being sent back to us.
Refund Process and Timeframe
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of its status. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 1-2 working days. After processing, the refund will typically appear in your account within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
If you're exchanging an item, we will process exchanges within 1-3 working days of receiving the returned product. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or there was an error on our part.
International Returns
For customers outside the UK, we are unable to provide return labels due to cross-border regulations and differing courier systems in different countries. Customers are responsible for arranging the return of international items. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind, as we cannot be held liable for items lost during transit.
