    What Is Vaping?

    Most people know about cigarette smoking, but not everyone can answer the question "What is vaping? Vaping is the use of a disposable or rechargeable electronic cigarette. These devices give users the sensation of smoking, but the two activities are actually vastly different. Smoking cigarettes is considered risky due to the many ill health effects that tobacco can produce. Vaping is the term given to using an electronic cigarette or personal vaporizer. Someone who uses traditional tobacco cigarettes is a “smoker” and they “smoke” cigarettes, someone who uses an e-cigarette is a “vaper” and they “vape” their e-cigarette or personal vaporizer.

    Smoking offers very little choice to smokers, they can choose from only tobacco and menthol for flavors, and they have no choice but to consume nicotine. The main substance in vapor cigarettes is e liquid (also referred to as e juice). E liquid is known for its Thousands vaping flavors, everything from caramel to  banana and much more. In addition to flavoring, e liquid also contains base liquids, which are usually propylene glycol (PG) and vegetable glycerin (VG).

    Two types of vaping is famous all around the world. 1: Mouth To Lung, 2: Direct To Lung.

    Lets dive deeper and learn what are these types.

    Mouth To Lung:

    Mouth to lung inhalation is when you inhale the vapor into your mouth before it is inhaled into your lungs. The main advantage of Mouth to Lung vaping is that you have more control over the amount of vapor going into the lungs. Also the flavor of your E-Liquid comes through more since the vapor saturates the taste buds. In addition It is a more useful way to quit traditional cigarettes, as it mimics traditional smoking effectively.

    The Disadvantages are quite a lot of vapor production as your mouth cannot hold as much vapor as your lungs, therefore the vapor production will be much less using this method. in addition it is not that impressive when it comes to satisfy your nicotine demand as the lungs are not getting as much nicotine which will lead you to use a higher nicotine E-Liquid.

    Direct To Lung:

    Direct to lung inhalation is when vapor goes directly into your lungs. It is like breathing, air is never held in the mouth before breathing it into the lungs. This method is popular among those who like to produce large clouds of vapor. Main advantages here are large vapor production as the lungs are capable of holding much more vapor than the mouth which leads to produce larger vapor clouds. In addition it is the most satisfying way as the nicotine hits will be much more stronger.

    Disadvantage here are if too much vapor is inhaled it can be overwhelming. It is a bit harder for traditional cigarette user to get used to this way of vaping. Low dose of nicotine is normally recommended.

    Which one is better?

    it totally depends person to person there is no better method in reality in both, whatever suits you is the best.
